All in, from the
inside out.
How We Work
Women-founded and based in London and New York, the faces in our pitch decks are the same ones you’ll be seeing on video calls. Or, better yet, in person. That’s because we cut the layers and bring only the people who will be in the room and hands-on in the work. This enables us to stay agile, so we can move at your speed, embed with your team and make deliberate decisions, fast.
We don’t spin around the edges; we lean into the center. We listen first. We push back when it's needed. We steer toward clarity. Because your ambition deserves more than safe answers.
At Ladyship, there’s no A team or B team,
just the team
When you work with us, you get:
The right people. Senior thinkers and makers who work closely with you and your team.
The right culture. Flexible, collaborative, built to integrate.
The right cost. Your budget goes into craft where it matters, not padded overheads.
We put our skin in the game from day one with accountability, energy and ownership.
Craftsmanship, not production.
Partnership, not transaction.
Leadership, not ego.

Jemma Campbell
Chief Creative Officer | New York
A digital and creative leader with over 20 years of experience building brands with lasting emotional and commercial power at Landor, Design Bridge and Moving Brands before co-founding Ladyship.
Jemma’s leadership is defined by perceptiveness: the ability to read a room, understand what’s not being said and translate that intelligence into work that lands with unusual precision. She brings a sharp instinct for what makes a brand not just distinctive, but desired— shaping creative worlds people want to be near and brands built to last. It is why clients trust her, why teams feel safe to take creative risks and why she was featured in Perceptive, an award-winning book exploring the power of sensitive, attuned leadership.

We built Ladyship on five beliefs:
Back the person behind the brand.
We’re in the corner of the founders, CMOs and leaders carrying the weight and making the calls. Our job is to back your judgment, sharpen your story and help you make decisions you can stand behind.
Clarity comes when you get off the fence.
Great brands aren’t built by committee. We're not afraid to take a stance and we won’t leave you circling an issue. Together, we cut through the hedging and maybes so you get clear, confident recommendations you can act on.
Leadership is the art of listening.
We hear what you're really saying: the pressures, concerns and goals beneath the surface. We're active listeners, panning for golden insights in what you don't say as much as what you do.
Impact isn’t made, it’s crafted.
We don’t rush to the finish line. We sweat the details, take our time and push until good turns great. Every detail matters and we use every inch of our expertise to make sure it shows.
Flattery gets us nowhere.
We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. And we expect the same in return. We can take it on the chin. It’s tough love, built on mutual respect. Because honesty gets us further, faster.
We walk the talk.
We lead with empathy and respect, creating space for collaboration, challenge and diverse perspectives. Our model is modern: remote, global and AI-savvy, so we can flex around the work and the people doing it.
Our impact strategy centers on climate responsibility and diversity, offsetting our footprint through verified projects with Gold Standard and Bonneville Environmental Foundation. Women-founded and proudly independent, we champion representation and mentorship through every partnership, supporting initiatives like Women in Innovation (WIN), The Female Forum, and Female Founder Collective.
